Solution Sales Specialist- Dealer Pre-Sales Support

POSITION PROFILE
Territory of Massachusetts, NYC, Long Island, New Jersey, Rhode Island and Philadelphia. Preferred locations for candidates of Philadelphia, NYC, Long Island or New Jersey.
Provides Dealer support staff with pre and post sales training on Ricoh hardware and Ricoh 3rd-party software solutions. Supports Dealer sales efforts by providing technical assistance with solutions and hardware demonstrations. Provides product application expertise during non-technical sales engagements. Acts as a liaison between Dealer Management and all internal and external customers for feature and customization requests, troubleshooting, partner quotations and services facilitation. Communicates "Voice of the Field" updates and competitive intelligence to corporate marketing as required and/or requested.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Align and implement daily activities to support Dealer Business Plans
Facilitate implementation and execution of Region hardware and software launches and support initiatives
Drive dealer growth of Ricoh hardware, solutions and services through:
Sales team training, hands-on job shops and certifications
In-house training and promotion of tech training programs
Manage the product, services and solutions launch process within assigned territory
Drive sales through implementation of creative sales activities
Direct pre-sales dealer support for:
Product and solution launches
Solutions architecture, product configuration, quotations, dealer event support, showroom configuration
Assist in the development and implementation of dealer sales representative training and training support materials which may include: on-boarding, sales management training, lead development, advanced services/solutions selling and social media selling skills.
Collect field marketing intelligence (VOF/VOC) through Dealer feedback and competitive product capabilities
Grow dealer solutions portfolio and services
Position appropriate solutions for dealer needs
Analyze dealer solutions portfolio and make recommendations for improvement
Act as liaison for dealers with Ricoh 3rd party partners
Direct dealer personnel to appropriate pre/post-sale support resources
Assist dealers with sales team demonstration skills, configuration, support and determining proper solutions in support of major accounts.
QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Experience, and Certifications)
College degree in computer science, or equivalent technical experience with a strong technical background
Minimum 5 years of document management solution and applications experience
Industry-related experience with demonstrated technical skill set CDIA+, NET+, CTT+

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
