Product Marketing Manager

As Product Marketing Manager, you will be accountable for both the product lifecycle and outbound marketing activities for your assigned products across all channels and industries. Working closely with the Channel Marketing team, you will create the go-to-market strategy for your assigned products by crafting the messaging and positioning, and owning the conception and development of innovative marketing programs that drive demand. Attention to detail and strong analytical skills, along with the ability to translate technical capabilities into benefits are crucial. You must clearly understand the market for your assigned products from a buyer perspective and communicate that information to the rest of the organization.
Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates your products in the market.
Work in conjunction with the Channel Marketing team to help deliver industry and channel messaging.
Provide SME guidance/direction to development of appropriate sales enablement tools and training (e.g. training curricula, brochures, pricelists, sales launch letters, FAQs, sales presentation, etc.).
Manage the product lifecycle for assigned products; plan the launch of new products and releases and coordinate the cross-functional implementation of each project utilizing documented processes.
Use interviews, surveys, focus groups, sales data, etc. to gain insight into customer use of current products, untapped opportunities and buyer personas.
Use market research data to recommend product pricing and distribution strategies.
Support the go-to-market strategies and provide input on how to leverage products in overall demand generation efforts. As appropriate, provide SME guidance/direction to the creation of supporting content such as case studies, videos, website copy, blog posts, etc.
Accountable for achievement of business plan annually in support of overall Ricoh targets.
Perform analysis and provide regular reporting on performance of products on a variety of dimensions.
Participate in portfolio optimization activity.
Responsible for aftermarket strategy and deployment through the channel for the purposes of increased profitability on all hardware.
Provide input to developers on requirements for future products and/or enhancements; manage the product road map.
Work with supply chain management team to manage inventory levels, provide proper demand forecast, and ensure product availability.
Speak and present about products to both external and internal audiences; participate in trade shows, exhibits, open houses, product demos and customer training sessions.
Perform continuous competitive portfolio benchmarking.
Perform other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Experience, and Certifications)
Typically Requires:
Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
Min of 5 years of experience managing products, processes, reporting & analysis
Experience with international manufacturing preferred
Strong ability to multi-task.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
