Carrier Enterprise is a joint venture between Watsco, Inc. and Carrier Corporation. Carrier Enterprise sells and distributes Carrier, Bryant and Payne residential and light commercial Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) products, parts and supplies throughout the United States, Latin America and Caribbean utilizing 110 locations in 20 states and Puerto Rico. We currently have an exciting opportunity within the Northeast Region for a HVAC Customer Service Representative at our West Caldwell, NJ location.

Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Representative you will be responsible for entering customers' orders; account management; customer service in a call center environment; backlog maintenance; close interaction with other departments such as Credit, Sales and Warehouse; and addressing customer inquiries related to open orders.
Requirements:
Proficient in Microsoft office application a must.
HVAC experience is preferred, but not required.
Ability to analyze complex data and reports
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Exceptional communication skills
Have worked in a call center environment in the past
Must have solid Customer Service Skills
Worked within the customer service field at least three years
Education
High School Diploma or equivalent required
AA/AS degree in Business or related field desired
