Global SharePoint Administrator - Ricoh - 14-05951

POSITION PROFILE:

This position can be located in Duluth, GA, Malvern, PA, or West Caldwell, NJ
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint and proficiency in Web based applications. Responsible for design, development and coordination of the Ricoh Global Clariti Portal. Focus on VOC and VOF to improve and update Portal aesthetics and function. Support portal setup based on customer requirements. Works with Global Teams, Business Development Center (BDC) staff and developers and Ricoh Implementation Teams.

JOB DUTIES AND Responsibilities:

Develop Microsoft SharePoint applications and Workflows
Design, development and coordination of the Ricoh Global Clariti Portal.
Analyze VOC and VOF and make recommendations to improve and update Portal aesthetics and function.
Support portal setup based on customer requirements.
Works with Global Teams, Business Development Center (BDC) staff and developers and Ricoh Implementation Teams.
Develops design specifications relative to new installations, expansion, upgrades and modifications.
Manage projects and initiatives which significantly impact business results, and require a large degree of cross-functional participation/coordination.
Researches and proposes strategic approaches to business problems.
Manages other third party relationships, such as software vendors, consultants and systems integrators and other business process outsourcing providers.
Represents Portal requirements and priorities related to development and customer needs.
Provides status reports, updates, and proposals to management team.
Reviews and approves/rejects technical change requests.
Leads meetings and other communications related to Portal issues that impact the specified business function.
Maintains functional and technical expertise needed to effectively support the global function.
Attends training classes to maintain knowledge base of current technology.
Leads and manages a team in the execution of projects.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements:

QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Experience, and Certifications):

Four-year college degree preferred, or equivalent experience in a related field
Requires thorough knowledge and experience of Microsoft SharePoint
Database experience (Oracle, SQL MySQL, DB2) preferred
Development experience PHP, C++ is a plus
TRAC application experience is desired
Requires a minimum of 1-year project management experience
Requires strong computer skills including knowledge of web-based software platforms, networks and MS Office Suite
Strong customer service skills required
Strong communication and presentation skills required.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
