needs a mixing operator for UV coating materials production.
The Operator must have basic reading and math skills.
Mechanical and problem solving abilities are necessary.
Must be proficient with reading a scale.
Must be able to interpret the product formulations.
Basic computer skills are a plus.
Strong work ethics and being a team player are important.
Primary
Responsibilities:
- The Mixing Machine Operators dump or pour specified amounts of materials into machinery and equipment.
- The Mixing Machine Operator observes production and monitors equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
- The Mixing Machine Operator job function is to also stop mixing or blending machines when specified product qualities are obtained, and open valves and start pumps to transfer mixtures.
- Often the Mixing Machine Operator collects samples of materials or products for laboratory testing.
- Getting the material to be ready packed.
Experienced mixing operator rates will be variable depends on the experience.
