Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner - Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently - Provide excellent customer service by addressing guests' needs and concerns - Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner - Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely food preparation - Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately - Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and promotions - Uphold sanitation and safety standards in accordance with company policies Requirements:
- MUST BE ABLE TO CARRY NUMEROUS PLATES AT ONCE - Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment - Basic math skills for handling cash transactions - Knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations is a plus - Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds - Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required We offer competitive pay, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for career growth.
